GSA SpaceMatch Sources Sought Description THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. This notice is a market research tool being utilized to determine interest and capability of potential sources prior to issuing a formal solicitation, as the solicitation is not available at this time. The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Building Service (PBS), Acquisition Management Division (AMD) is exploring the feasibility of developing an IT based platform tool, tentatively called "SpaceMatch," designed to facilitate connections between federal agencies with excess or underutilized office space and those seeking available shared office space in federally controlled buildings. This initiative aims to optimize the use of GSA-s real estate portfolio by enabling efficient space-sharing arrangements among federal agencies. Overall Objectives: The goal of SpaceMatch is to enable federal agencies to find "roommates" within the federal real estate portfolio. By doing so, agencies can share office space, amenities, and services within existing buildouts and assigned spaces.
