This requirement supports VHA's mission by providing contractor support services to help bring the facility into full planned operations that will provide health care services to Veterans. This will be a firm-fixed-price contract with an estimated Period of Performance of (24) twenty-four months.The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs has been approved for a Major Build-to-Suit lease to operate a new Multi-Specialty Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), location to be determined, in Oakland, California. Currently the VA Office of Real Property and other support offices are working to secure award to a developer wanting to create this new site of care for VA use. The size of the facility the Government is seeking is a minimum of 50,597 to a maximum of 59,526 of American National Standards Institute Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI BOMA) Occupant Area (ABOA) square feet (SF) of contiguous space. The proposed Rentable Square Feet (RSF) shall not exceed 68,455 RSF. The facility will provide space for Primary Care, Mental Health, Physical Therapy Prosthetics, Eye Clinic, Dental Clinic, Audiology Department, Imaging, and include a laboratory. The facility will include 180 parking spaces.This requirement will be set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) using FAR Part 12, 13 and 37.
