(Two projects) This is a Sources Sought notice issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201. This notice is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. An award will not be made on responses or offers received in response to this notice. The purpose of this notice is to publicize a contracting opportunity and determine availability of qualified Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Women Owned Small Businesses or HUBZone Small Businesses capable of performing Design-Build Construction Services for Generator Replacement.
