Local call for tenders for “IT/COM maintenance service” WeWorld-GVC WeWorld-GVC Local call for tenders for “IT/COM maintenance service” Reference: WW-GVC_Multiproje_IT/COM_Bujumbura/Burundi_2025_DABUR0875 CALL FOR TENDERS (ITB) February /2025 Preamble WeWorld-GVC (WW-GVC) intends to launch a local call for tenders procedure within the framework of the several projects financed by different donors. It is expected that the donors will set the final amount of the grant and pay it to WeWorld GVC at the end of the operation on the basis of the expenses presented and declared eligible. No party other than WeWorld GVC will be able to derive any right from the grant or claim its proceeds. Under no circumstances and for no reason whatsoever will the donor accept a request for compensation or payment directly submitted by the humanitarian organization’s vendors. The procedures applied by We World GVC in the context of this call for tenders are inspired by the following principles: – Transparency in procurement procedures; – Proportionality between the procedures followed for the award of contracts and the value of the contracts; – Equal treatment and non-discrimination of potential vendors and donors. A. CONTENT Service to be provided The subject of the local call for tenders is as follows: 2-year framework contract for IT/COM maintenance of WWGVC devices/infrastructures Please note that WeWorld GVC is not obliged to purchase all the services. The services will be purchased by the organization according to its needs. 1.1 The service must comply with the technical specifications set out in Annex IV – ToR and comply in all respects with the technical descriptions and all other instructions.
