Renovation of Kannusen church and steeple, SPR contract as a side contract Renovation of Kannusen church and steeple as a side contract. The renovation project includes structural engineering work on the roof, facades, upper and lower floor structures, courtyard areas, area structures and interior space changes of Kannusen church and steeple, as well as repair and modification work on building services systems (LVIAS). The church and steeple of the Kannusen parish are protected buildings under the Church Act. The church is a wooden cross church with an inner bevel built in 1817, and the steeple is also a three-jointed belfry built in 1817. The most recent renovation was completed in 1960. The SPR contract for the renovation includes all SPR work on the site, including, among others: changes to the church's dry pipe sprinkler system to the extent required by the changes in the premises, the construction of the dry pipe sprinkler system in the church and the relocation of the supply connections in the yard area, with related measures. In addition, the contract includes other measures mentioned in the tender documents. The contract is a total price shared contract with subordination terms, in which the construction contractor acts as the main contractor and the main implementer in accordance with YSE98. The SPR contract is implemented as a side contract. In addition, the electrical contract and the interior painting contract are also intended to be implemented as side contracts. Separate procurements at the site include, among others, special furniture to be implemented as carpentry work, safety devices, restoration work on lighting fixtures, procurement of AV equipment, renewal of the bell ringing system and hatch opening mechanisms.
