Carrying out Financial and Accounting Audit of PATIMF Expression of Interest are invited for Carrying out Financial and Accounting Audit of PATIMF The auditor is recommended to familiarize himself with the following documents, which may have been established by the Bank: (a) General conditions applicable to donation agreements; (b) Donation Agreement; (c) Project appraisal report; (d) Financial management manual; (e) Expense statements used to request justify renewal of special accounts; (f) Disbursement manual; (g) Rules for the procurement of works, goods and services; (h) Technical studies carried out for the implementation of the project; (i) Technical project progress report. The Professional Association of Decentralized Financial Systems of Benin (Alafia Consortium), has obtained financing from the African Development Bank (AfDB) to cover the cost of the Project Support for the Transparency of Microfinance Institutions (PATIMF) in the amount of three hundred sixty-seven thousand nine hundred and four euros (367,904 Euros). This call for expressions of interest aims to objective of implementing the financial and accounting audit of the Project mentioned above. 2. The objective of the Audit is to express a professional and independent opinion on the financial situation of the project at the end of its implementation and ensure that the resources made available to the Project have been used for the purposes for which they were granted with a view to achieving the development objective of the project. 3. The periods covered by the audit missions are the period from January 2016 to December 2017, over the basis of the grant agreement and amendments signed between Consortium Alafia and the African Bank of Development.
