Passenger transport services The subject of the procurement is mainly the production of transport services in accordance with the Disability Services and Social Welfare Act in the area of operation of the Päijät-Häme Welfare Municipality Federation (PHHYKY). Transport orders are forwarded by a separate tendering centre by PHHYKY to those transport operators with whom PHHYKY has concluded agreements on the production of passenger transport services. Transport must be carried out in accordance with the service description in force at any given time. Several tenders can be organised within the dynamic procurement system, the more detailed terms of which are confirmed in the request for tender for each tender. Joining the dynamic procurement system does not oblige transport operators to participate in tenders within the system. The dynamic purchasing system applies to the entire PHHYKYN operating area, which consists of the following localities currently included in the PHHYKY operating area: 1. Lahti 2. Asiakkala 3. Hartola 4. Hollola 5. Iitti 6. Kärkölä 7. Myrskylä 8. Orimattila 9. Padasjoki 10. Pukkila PHHYKY may organise tenders for passenger transport services within the dynamic purchasing system, which include the provision of passenger transport services in only one, several or all operating areas. PHHYKY shall state in the details of the internal tender for each dynamic purchasing system which operating area or the wider operating area entity formed by them is concerned by the call for tender at any given time. Community housing services for the elderly The Päijät-Häme Welfare Area (the client) will procure the production of community housing and services from private service providers under the terms and conditions described in more detail in the request for participation and its appendices. The minimum requirements for the services to be procured are described in the service description in appendix one (1) of the request for participation. All applicants who meet the requirements set out in the request for participation will be selected as service providers. SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION: Applications for participation must be submitted by the deadline of 1 December 2022 at 12:00, after which the request for participation will be put into correction mode and new applications for participation cannot be submitted. That is, applications for participation cannot be submitted between 1 December 2022 at 12:01 and early 2023. The agreement is valid until further notice. The procurement unit will not process applications for participation during the summer (15 June-15 August). Community housing is a social service subject to notification as referred to in Section 11 of the Act on Private Social Services. The service provider provides the community housing service. Care services are provided as home care services and support services (contractual subcontracting is also applicable) in accordance with the service needs assessment carried out by the client's Elderly Customer Guidance. The service provider providing home care for community housing must have appropriate social and healthcare permits. The service subject to the procurement is described in more detail in one (1) service description attached to the request for participation.
