Consultancy for Training of Trainer (ToT) on Soft Skill and Series Job Skills Tenders are invited for Consultancy for Training of Trainer (ToT) on Soft Skill and Series Job Skills in Phnom Penh. Objectives The Specific objectives of this consultancy are to: 1. Review and Development of Training Curriculum to Enhance Quality: • Review existing materials: Analyze labor market trends, job competencies, and skill gaps to ensure the curriculum addresses key 21st-century job skills, such as communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. • Develop context-specific training modules: Create adaptable, locally relevant modules for the Cambodian market, integrating local case studies. The curriculum will include clear guidelines on training module length, content, learning outcomes, and teaching methodologies. Training materials such as slide presentations, visual aids, lesson plans, posters, leaflets, and digital platform support will also be developed to enhance learning. 2. Development of Evidence-Based Evaluation Tools: • Create evaluation tools: Design pre post-training evaluation methods to measure knowledge acquisition and skill development among trainees, along with tools to assess trainer effectiveness. • Develop a database system: Build a comprehensive tracking system to monitor student progress, performance, job placements, and career progression. This system will support both short-term and long-term impact assessments of the training, including employment rates and career advancement, using a detailed Monitoring and Evaluation (ME) framework. 3. Training of Trainers (ToT) for Capacity Building: • Conduct ToT sessions: Facilitate ToT workshop to equip staff with the necessary facilitation skills for effective curriculum delivery, alongside capacity assessments to identify areas for improvement. • Provide ongoing support: Offer continuous coaching, mentoring, and submit ToT reports that include performance evaluations, feedback, and recommendations for further capacity building and professional development.
