Vehicle Rental and Fleet Management The joint Bidders (hereinafter: Bidder) wish to use the rental and operation of the vehicles in a flexible service structure. The total frame quantity: 61 vehicles The quantity affected by the recall obligation: 47 vehicles The Bidder and the contracting party as the winning bidderparties shall enter into an EBSZ (Individual Lease Agreement) with respect to each vehicle according to the quantity affected by the withdrawal obligation at the same time as signing the Framework Agreement. The tenderer undertakes to provide Kerets with the categories and quantities specified in the technical specificationorders within 10 working days of signing the contract. The Tenderer initiates the conclusion of EBSZs based on the Framework Agreement. The EBSZ is valid for 36 and 48 months from the date of handover of the vehicle to the contracting authority, as stated in point 12 of the TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION. Term of vehiclesmileage below is determined in point 12 of the TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION. The supplier provides a car of the category and quantity specified in the technical specification until the vehicles of the ordered category are delivered in his offer against the monthly rental fee offered for cars of this category.
