This contract concerns the installation of photovoltaic panels on the roofs of provincial administrative buildings identified below. The provincial administrative buildings concerned are as follows: -The WAV_ARCO-023_001 building, known as the Archimede building, located at 1300 Wavre, place du Brabant wallon, 1, - The WAV_ARCO-023_002 building, known as the Copernic building, located at 1300 Wavre, place du Brabant wallon, 2, - The WAV_GAL- building 027_001, known as the Galilee building, located at 1300 Wavre, Chaussee des Collines, 54,-The WAV_GAL-027_003 building, known as the Marie-Curie building, located at 1300 Wavre, Chaussee des Collines, 50. This contract mainly consists of the feasibility study in relation to the available roofs, the design of the installations, the supply of photovoltaic panels as well as eqequipment allowing their placement and connection to the electricity distribution network (in particular, panels, inverters, supporting structures, fixing elements, wiring, electrical panels, etc.), the installation of the installations and their commissioning, in accordance with the rules of the art,standards in force and the conditions of these special specifications. This contract also includes the optimization of the use of billing meters. All elements of the photovoltaic installations become the property of the contracting authority.
