Works Contract for the Renovation and Extension of the Marchienne-Au-Pont-Lot2 Swimming Pool Works contract for the renovation and extension of the Marchienne-au-Pont swimming pool. It includes the following work (non-exhaustive list): ? Phase 2 residual asbestos removal; ? Partial demolition of the existing building; ? Renovation of the building; ? Construction of 2 extensions(on the front facade for circulation spaces and to the west for a learning pool); ? Maintenance and upkeep for 2 years of certain technical equipment; ? Development of surrounding areas and access routes . As part of this contract, the Charleroi municipal administrationwishes to promote professional integration by carrying out training, integration or socio-professional integration efforts. The attention of bidders is drawn to the fact that this Special Specification contains anti-social dumping clauses ( accompanied by sp penaltiesimportant) developed within the framework of the Strategic Development Committee of the Charleroi and South-Hainaut Region. They are highlighted in gray in the C.S.CH. As a result, bidders are strongly invited: - to take this into account when developing their offre, the Contracting Authority provides itself with the means to verify the compliance of the site with these and to sanction in the event of an infringement; - to complete and attach to the offer the Declaration of honor relating to the anti- social dumping included in the appendix to this Special Specification...
