engineering, procurement, and construction of a greenfield Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) farming facility to participate in the upcoming tender exercise in Q1 2024. Expression of Interest (EOI) - Pure Salmon RAS Farming Facility in Brunei Pure Salmon is planning to build a land-based Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) facility with a production capacity of 5,000 tonnes of Atlantic Salmon per year, expandable to 10,000 tonnes. The facility will be sustainable with the integration of renewable energy, high recirculation of water and a circular economy. The project is located in Muara, Negara Brunei Darussalam, 30km northeast of the capital Bandar Seri Begawan, on the island of Borneo. The overall plot area is approximately 175,000m² with 55,000m² of building footprint and ~30,000m² of roads and access. Eligibility Criteria: Construction firm shall have carried out at least project 50M USD or more in last 7 years. If the project was executed under consortium or JV basis, then individual share shall be more than 50M USD Construction firm executed similar project in last 7 years (Water treatment plan Sewage treatment plant Other Aquaculture Hydro plants Concrete water tank activities. Firm established Footprint in Brunei Darussalam willing to work in Brunei Darussalam (Joint venture is allowed for this project, Applicant can jointly fulfill the criteria in the form of JV) Average annual financial turnover of 10M USD and above in last five financial year (2018 - 2022) Construction firm have capability for construction of multi discipline scope (i.e CSA, ME, HVAC etc.) The construction firm shall have experienced technically qualified enrolled staff with proven experience in water treatment Sewage recirculating aquaculture systems hydro plants activities. A. Project Scope The facility will consist of the following infrastructures: 1. Operational buildings • Security Guards and Controls (CCTV, Corridors, Barriers, and Fencing) (O) • Administration Building (M) • RAS Farm Buildings (A, B, C, D, E) • Fish Processing Building (F) • Fish holding tanks with diameters from 5m 9m 12m 16m 25m • Bio-Security controls with segregation, change, wash, access restrictions 2. Support buildings • Feed storage Building • Central Heat exchangers for water cooling (L) • Engineering maintenance Workshops Warehousing (J) • Emergency Power Generation Fuel Storage Bulks (N V) 3. Utilities • Electrical Grid Power connection Power distribution • Sub-stations kiosks (K1 - K8) buildings • Solar Power Generation Systems Distribution Network • Integrated IT Communication Equipment Network • Municipal connections for Potable water • Data Fiber Optic Cable connection • Municipal connection to Sewage system 4. Infrastructure • Fire Water Reservoir s Fire Fighting Facilities (U) • Liquid Oxygen supply tanks and site distribution piping (P) • Water Treatment plants for RAS Potable systems (G) • Treated water storage tanks and distribution (G) • Wastewater treatment processing discharge • Offshore Water intake catchment waste discharge ~3km pipeline Marine Exclusion Zones • Road Transportation Network, Garage vehicle Bio Security Facilities • Waste Management Centre (R) • Staff Parking Areas B.
