Data Collection to Support the Design and Implementation of an Impact Evaluation Tenders are invited for Data Collection to Support the Design and Implementation of an Impact Evaluation. Selection method : The method of selection of the successful tenderer(s) of the contract(s) is selection based on the quality and cost, as defined in Exhibit 2 of the Call for Proposals File. Validity of proposals : Proposals will be valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date opening of folds. Information: Bidders who wish to do so can obtain clarifications on the Call File from Proposals following a written request (official mail or email) to the address indicated in point 7 above. Gender sensitivity : Gender-sensitive bidders are strongly encouraged and Plan International defines the gender-sensitive company as a company that meets gender integration criteria principles of gender equality and women's empowerment in its policies and practices, in agreement with international norms and standards. Plan International Bénin, hereinafter referred to as the “Client”, launches a call for proposals within the scope of the subject below. It will be asked to the successful tenderer(s) of the contract(s) to provide the services which are the subject of the contract(s) following the deadline indicated in this Call for Proposals File and accepted in their proposal(s), to count from the date of signature of the contract. Subject: Selection of a design office for data collection in order to support designing and implementing an impact evaluation 1.2 In this Call for Proposals File, the terms “submission” and “proposition” and their derivatives are synonymous, and the term “day” designates a calendar day. 2. Origin of funds: 2.1 The services are financed by BNO 3. Bidder s admitted to compete : 3.1 The call for proposals is addressed to any design office involved in carrying out household surveys regularly installed in Republic of Benin, and in any other country, with experience and the required abilities and who is not in any situation ban on bidding (bankruptcy, liquidation, sanctions, etc.) 3.2 The Bidder will provide all documents establishing its eligibility to compete that the Client may require.
