Rehabilitative Work The welfare region of Central Ostrobothnia requests applications for participation in the procurement system for rehabilitative work activities, based on which purchasing services for rehabilitative work activities will be procured for the welfare region of Central Ostrobothnia from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2028. The welfare region of Central Ostrobothnia accepts the purchaseservice providers who meet all procurement suitability requirements and minimum requirements are included in the system. Services to be purchased as needed and services are paid for according to their use. Rehabilitationregular work activities are intended for people who have been unemployed for a long time to improve employment opportunities and life management. The Rehabilitative Work Activities Act stipulates for whom rehabilitative work activities are organized. Persons who, due to limitations in their ability to work and function, cannot punable to find employment in the open labor market or participate in TE services, can be clients of rehabilitation work activities. NOTE! According to Section 13, subsection 2 of the Act on Rehabilitative Work Activities (189 2001), rehabilitative work activities may not be obtained from the company. However, this does not apply to fitnesssupport and guidance given to the person participating in the work activity. Companies cannot submit an application for participation, they will be automatically rejected. The service provider can subcontract individual guidance to a person participating in rehabilitative work activities from the company.
