Transport services in accordance with the Disability Services and Social Welfare Act for municipalities and the joint municipal authority in the Western Uusimaa region (request for participation) This procurement notice establishes a dynamic supplier register to provide transport services in accordance with the Disability Services Act and the Social Welfare Act for the City of Espoo and municipalities in the Western Uusimaa region (Hanko, Inkoo, Kirkkonummi, Kauniainen, Lohja, Raasepori, Siuntio, and Karviainen Municipal Authority (including Karkkila and Vihti), hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Subscribers”). Transport services tendered within the dynamic supplier register are primarily brokered and managed through a service provider of a personal and material transport brokerage and management service that the Subscribers have separately tendered. All those who have submitted an application for participation and who meet the requirements set out in the request for participation will be selected as registrants in the dynamic supplier register, within which transport services will be tendered separately later. The dynamic supplier register is described in more detail in Annex No. 1 "Description of the dynamic supplier register" and Annex No. 2 "Visualization of the dynamic supplier register" to this notice. Procurement of enhanced service housing for the elderly The City of Espoo, the City of Hanko, the Municipality of Inkoo, the City of Kauniainen, the Municipality of Kirkkonummi, the City of Lohja, the Basic Security Municipalities Federation of Karviainen, the City of Raseborg and the Municipality of Siuntio (hereinafter also referred to as the Client) will procure enhanced service housing for the elderly from private service providers on the terms and conditions described in more detail in the request for registration and its appendices. The City of Espoo will prepare the procurement on behalf of all Clients and each Client will make its own decision and agreement with the selected Service Providers regarding the procurement.
