Procurement of work supervision services The subject of the procurement is work supervision services for the HUS Group. Work supervision is part of the overall process of supporting the work of HUS staff and developing their broad-based expertise, which ensures the quality of care and service received by customers and patients. Work supervision can be implemented in several different ways, such as individual, group, work community, management support and situational work supervision. Work supervision takes place at the Client's premises, at premises arranged by the Service Provider or remotely as agreed. If work supervision is arranged at premises arranged by the Service Provider, no additional compensation will be paid to the Service Provider. Service providers are required to have the possibility of remote work supervision using a secure remote connection. Work supervision can be implemented completely remotely if the Service Provider wishes. The procurement is divided into five (5) sub-areas: Sub-area 1 Individual work supervision Sub-area 2 Group work supervision Sub-area 3 Work community work supervision Sub-area 4 Supervisor and management work supervision Sub-area 5 Situational work supervision The request for participation (stage 1) contains several sub-areas and the criteria are specific to each sub-area. The sub-areas to be offered are selected with the application for participation. Each tenderer submits one application for participation. In stage 2 (submission of tender), the tenderer may submit one or more tenders. The tenderer may offer several supervisors with one tender, provided that the prices are the same for each sub-area. If the tenderer offers supervisors with different prices within a sub-area, it must submit as many tenders as there are different prices. The dynamic procurement system is described in Appendix 2 (Description of the procurement procedure). The sub-areas are described in more detail below and a more detailed description of the content of the service is in Appendix 3 (Service description). All tenderers are accepted into the dynamic procurement system,that meet the suitability and minimum requirements of the request for participation. The successful tenderer may submit a tender (stage 2) only for the areas that it has selected in the application for participation. Contracts (Appendix 7) will be concluded with the successful tenderers after stage 2 (submission of tender) when the contracting authority has made a procurement decision. Applying for the dynamic purchasing system takes place in accordance with the schedule in Appendix 2 (Description of the procurement procedure). Healthcare furniture 2023-2027 (DPS) This announcement establishes a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter referred to as DPS). The subject of procurement within the dynamic procurement system is healthcare furniture needed in the units of the HUS Group. HUS aims to use this dynamic procurement system to procure healthcare furniture that has not been taken into account in the currently valid contracts or that the need arises as a new need due to HUS's construction projects.
