Simulation training equipment, supplies and equipment DPS The Helsinki and Uusimaa Hospital District Joint Municipal Authority is establishing a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter referred to as DPS) for the procurement of simulation training equipment, supplies, equipment and maintenance services. Supplies, equipment and maintenance services can also be purchased for existing equipment. The products to be purchased are defined in more detail in each internal competition of the dynamic procurement system. The dynamic procurement system for simulation training equipment, supplies and equipment is valid until 31 December 2027, unless it is shortened or extended by a separate notice. We are requesting applications for participation in the dynamic procurement system for simulation training equipment, supplies and equipment (hereinafter also referred to as DPS). Various devices related to the needs of simulation training and related supplies will be purchased from the system. The devices to be purchased may be, for example, various resuscitation manikins, simulation systems for the needs of surgeons, AV systems for simulation training or similar. The complexes may also include maintenance services for the devices to be purchased. As a rule, equipment and supplies are purchased for the use of the HUS Simulation Centre. At the HUS Simulation Centre, healthcare professionals can practice safe operations in various emergency situations through simulation training. HUS aims to purchase high-quality supplies and products to support HUS's internal and external simulation training in a flexible and simple manner. Applications for participation in the dynamic procurement system can be submitted throughout its duration. It is valid until the date stated in the procurement notice,unless it is suspended or changed during the validity of the dynamic purchasing system. The actual purchases are made through internal competitive tenders of the dynamic purchasing system, which describe and specify the object of the purchase. Magnetic imaging services The subject of the procurement is the provision of magnetic imaging services for the HUS Diagnostic Centre in the Uusimaa, Kymsote and Eksote regions. The service to be procured includes two service packages: 1) a fixed magnetic imaging service, which is provided at the Service Provider's premises and resources with a permanently installed magnetic device, and 2) a mobile magnetic imaging service (so-called magnetic trolley), which is provided in connection with the Customer's premises. The service packages are divided into geographical areas. The Service Provider may only provide one or both of the service packages. For the fixed magnetic imaging service, the Service Provider may provide the service to one or more geographical areas. The mobile magnetic imaging service covers the entire operating area of the HUS Diagnostic Centre. That is, if the Service Provider participates in the provision of the mobile magnetic imaging service, it must be provided to all areas of the mobile magnetic imaging service (areas 4–7). All tenderers who meet the suitability and minimum requirements of the request for participation are admitted to the dynamic purchasing system. Contracts (Annex 7) will be concluded with the accepted tenderers after phase 2 (submission of tender) when the contracting authority has made a procurement decision. APPLICATION FOR THE DYNAMIC PROCUREMENT SYSTEM: The first application period for the dynamic purchasing system is 01.11.-01.12.2022. The procurement unit will process the applications and notify the tenderers of the acceptance/rejection by 15 December 2022 at the latest, before the publication of the invitation to tender.
