Dynamic procurement system for social and health care transport services The subject of the procurement is social and health care passenger transport and other transport according to need. The transport service includes a vehicle according to need and a driver. The client's control center is responsible for the comprehensive control, order placement and routing of the transport. The transport is mainly based on social and health care legislation. The service users are mainly the client's customers. Users can also be social and health care service personnel and other groups. The transport is individual transport on individual routes or they can be implemented as route transport. The subject may be service line transport replacing social and health care transport and similar transport for the customers of the joint municipal authority. The subject of the procurement is also such service line transport of the City of Hyvinkää for the residents of the municipality, which it is appropriate to organize together with social and health care customers. The City of Hyvinkää's share of the value of the procurement is 450,000 euros. The subject of the procurement may include, to a small extent, goods transport related to the operations of the joint municipal authority and the transport of deceased persons carried out using a vehicle according to need. The subject and conditions of the procurement system are described in the appendix "Principles of the dynamic procurement system". This request for participation establishes a dynamic procurement system for social and health services. The procurement system is valid for six (6) years from its establishment. The contracting authority may extend its validity by issuing a new procurement notice. In the future, the procurement unit will conduct tenders for passenger transport services in the dynamic procurement system as needed.In order to participate in the tenders, the service provider must submit an application for participation by responding to this request for participation. The Central Uusimaa Joint Municipal Authority for Health, Social Care and Community Development is responsible for maintaining the procurement system on behalf of and for the account of all clients participating in the procurement cooperation. The Central Uusimaa Joint Municipal Authority for Health, Social Care and Community Development makes the necessary procurement decisions and other decisions related to the procurement procedure in connection with the establishment of the procurement system and thereafter and notifies the parties concerned. Each client concludes procurement contracts with the service providers approved for the procurement system and is responsible for compliance with the contract only on its own behalf.
