This is a procurement in accordance with Annex E of Act 1397/2016 on Public Procurement and User Rights (the Procurement Act). The procurement will be implemented as a dynamic supplier register, which means a procedure designed by the contracting entity itself, in accordance with the principles of the Procurement Act, for the procurement of the services that are the subject of the procurement. The Western Uusimaa Welfare Region will select all Service Providers who meet the requirements set out in this request for participation and the annexes to this request for participation for the dynamic supplier register. Procurement of 24-hour service housing for the elderly The Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Area (hereinafter also referred to as the Client) will procure 24-hour service housing for the elderly from private service providers on the terms and conditions described in more detail in the registration request and its appendices. This registration request replaces the previously published registration request 5450/2019 for the procurement of enhanced service housing for the elderly. For more information, see Appendix 1. "Description of the registration procedure" and Appendix 2. "Object of the procurement and service concept". The agreement is valid until further notice. All applicants who meet the requirements set out in the registration request will be selected as Service Providers.
