Job Guidance Services 45/2023 Monetra Oulu Oy Procurement Services announces that it will establish a dynamic procurement system for job guidance services for its customers involved in the procurement (hereinafter also "subscribers") in accordance with this request for participation and its appendices. All customers of Monetra Oulu Oy can be subscribers. Candidates interested in the procurement are asked to submit an application for participation on the Tarjouspalvelu.fi supplier portal in accordance with this request for participation and its appendices. The aim of job guidance is to support employees' multidisciplinary work well-being and to support cooperation in a customer-oriented manner, to clarify and harmonize understanding of the basic task and to develop the employee's professional skills. Job guidance is based on volunteering, it is confidential and a working model subject to the obligation of confidentiality. It is one of the management methods for responding to employees' professional and work community operational challenges. Job guidance promotes the management of psychosocially burdensome work alongside peer support. The content of the work supervision required by the Mental Health Act must be such that it promotes the staff's capabilities to provide the mental health services needed by the population. Work supervision supports supervisors and staff in high-quality customer work and in the development challenges caused by changes by strengthening professional competence, cooperation, well-being and the experience of making work meaningful. Work supervision can be utilized, for example: • In the prevention and management of psychosocial stress by clarifying the basic task,by structuring mentally taxing customer and patient work or difficult interaction situations • In situations of change, in preparation for operational changes and as support for development work • In promoting smooth operations and interaction in the work community Work supervision is the examination, evaluation and development of one's own work with a trained work supervisor. Work supervision promotes professional competence, work fluency and strengthens one's own resources. For example, at Pohte, work supervision services are provided by trained, internal work supervisors in addition to their own work and by external work supervision contract partners acquired through a competitive process. Individual, group or work community work supervision for different professional groups, e.g. supervisors or family workers, to the extent that it is not implemented on the basis of an occupational health agreement, for example. Individual, group and work community work supervision can include so-called direct work supervision, in which case the client is present in the work supervision situation. The procurement unit: - will reserve approximately 15 working days for processing applications for participation received by 12:00 on 31 March 2023 during the establishment phase of the DPS. If, for example, the submission of criminal record extracts is delayed for reasons beyond the candidate's control, the time used to process the application for participation will be calculated from the date (date) when the procurement unit has received the requested documents. - will aim to send the first internal DPS requests for tenders after the establishment phase of the procurement to the bidders approved for the DPS, estimated at the earliest in week 16 of April 2023. If the bidder wishes to participate in the first internal DPS call for tenders, the application for participation must be submitted during the establishment phase of the DPS. - will send requests for tenders to the suppliers approved for the DPS areas approximately once a year, in such a way thatthat the procurement contracts will be concluded for a preliminary period of one (1) year. OTHER MATTERS TO CONSIDER: The Pohtie welfare area's own contracts are valid until the end of September 2023 and the first call for tenders for Pohtie's procurements will be published in May-August 2023.
