Community housing services for the elderly If the company has been approved as a community housing service provider by 16 January 2023, the service provider does not need to submit a new application for participation. The Päijät-Häme Welfare Area (the client) procures the production of community housing and services from private service providers under the terms and conditions described in more detail in the request for participation and its appendices. The minimum requirements for the services to be procured are described in the service description in appendix one (1) to the request for participation. All applicants who meet the requirements set out in the request for participation will be selected as service providers. The agreement is valid until further notice. Community housing is a social service subject to notification as referred to in Section 11 of the Act on Private Social Services. The service provider provides the community housing service. Care services are provided as home care services and support services (contractual subcontracting is also applicable) in accordance with the assessment of the service needs of the client by the Elderly Customer Guidance Service. The service provider providing home care for community living must have appropriate social and health care permits. The service subject to the procurement is described in more detail in the annex to the request for participation, one (1) service description.
