Ultrasound equipment Tuomi Logistiikka Oy establishes a dynamic procurement system (later DPS), the target of which is ultrasound equipment for use in the Pirkanmaa welfare region. In addition to Tuomi Logistiikka, the Pirkanmaa welfare region can be the customers. In the internal tenders of the dynamic procurement system, the subscribers involved and the equipment to be tendered are specified. Description of dynamic procurement Within DPS, ultrasound equipment is tendered according to the needs of the customers. You can apply for the system throughout the validity period of the system. Applying for the system does not mean direct participation in the procurements to be tendered, but the bidder must separately submit a bid for the tenders to be opened after approval. The requirements, descriptions and other documents specific to the procurement contract are visible to the operators approved for the dynamic system at the time of opening the tender. It is not possible to submit a bid for existing contracts, i.e. for procurements that have already been put out to tender, before the tender is reopened. In DPS's internal tenders, the participating customers, the equipment to be put out to tender and their detailed requirements are separately defined. Occupational Health Services Tuomi Logistiikka Oy (the contracting entity) establishes a procedure similar to a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter referred to as "DPS"), in which the subject of the procurement is occupational health services. This is a joint procurement, the purpose of which is to offer Tuomi's owner-customers the opportunity to tender for occupational health services in a flexible and appropriate manner. Internal tenders are basically carried out as customer-specific tenders, unless the customer's needs dictate otherwise. This is an electronic procurement procedure, which the contracting entity has designed for procurements pursuant to Chapter 12 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016). This is a request for participation in the procurement, to which operators wishing to participate in the tenders must submit an application for participation. The procurement procedure is described in more detail in Appendix 1 "Description of the procurement procedure". Possible services to be competitively offered in the procurement system include: - KELA compensation class 1 occupational health services - KELA compensation class 2 occupational health services - KELA compensation class 0 occupational health services In addition to the above-mentioned services, other occupational health services can also be purchased within DPS. The occupational health services to be purchased are defined in customer-specific requests for tenders. Tuomen owner-customers can join the occupational health services procurement procedure throughout the validity of the DPS, and the procurement unit will notify new subscribers with a correction notice. Within DPS, the owner-customer, with the assistance of a Tuomen expert, conducts an internal competitive bidding process for each organization based on their own needs.
