OUR COPPER PRODUCTS (Specific Gravity: 8.9) ECU 99.9% This electrolytic copper material, with 58 conductivity, is used as an electrode in EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) and as a busbar in high and low-current panels and transformers. Our standard products include: Rod, Flat Bar, Straight Pipe, Coil Pipe, Box Profile, Grounding Rod & Plate, Roof Cladding, Copper Fittings, and Fine Wires. Additionally, non-standard flat bar dimensions can be customized through forging to achieve the required size. Cu-Cr-Zr (Chromium Alloyed) This alloy is preferred for parts requiring high electrical conductivity, hardness, and strength at elevated temperatures, such as: Spot welding electrodes and seam welding wheels for low-carbon steel sheets (used in panel radiators, fuel tanks, etc.) and galvanized sheets (used in automotive and white goods). Electrode holders in spot welding machines Plunging electrodes in EDM machines Busbars in transformers Cu-Co-Ni-Be (Beryllium Alloyed) This copper alloy offers lower conductivity but higher hardness and strength at elevated temperatures. It is used in: Spot welding electrodes and seam welding wheels for stainless steel sheets (used in white goods) Spot welding electrodes in the production of steel mesh, rims, and chains Mold nozzles in brass, aluminum, zamak, and plastic injection molding machines
