The current state of the building in terms of its sanitary facilities is poor, it has a water supply connection from the caasd that discharges to the existing cistern but the pumping system has been completely dismantled. It has a septic tank and also consists of a sanitary sewer service. The building consists of an elevator, which is out of service, and its electrical installations are dismantled as well as the electrical wiring.
