Contract award notice: New treatment plant in Nadlac. A) The design activities refer to the execution details for the construction of the Nadlac treatment plant; (B) Adaptation to land and / or execution details where appropriate; C) Elaboration of the necessary documentation for the necessary authorizations and approvals (if any); D) Construction and installation works; E) Supply and installation of technological equipment and equipment; F) Testing and commissioning; G) Monitor the operation of the station and provide assistance / advice to the responsible staff during the Defects Notification Period, when necessary; H) Remedial any defects occurring in the 12-month Defects Notification Period; I) Training of the SC Arad Company SA operator. The technical specifications for the works to be designed and executed are detailed in Chapter 2 Requirements of the Contracting Authority in the Awarding Documentation. The total estimated value of the New Purification Plant in Nadlac, amounting to RON 11,255,982.21 without VAT, provided in Section II.2.1. Of the Acquisition Data Sheet consists of: - the estimated value of the work: 10 294 295,20 RON without VAT, of which the estimated value of the design component is 84 252,20 RON - the value related to the percentage of various and unpredictable: 961 687 , 01 RON without VAT, representing 10% of the estimated value of the contract (without various and unpredictable, costs related to the organization of the site and expenses related to the training of the personnel and technological samples) The tenders will be prepared with the framing of the estimated value of the contract Excluding VAT, respectively 11 255 982,21 RON.
