The framework agreement for providing services for each lot will be signed with a maximum of 3 economic operators. The subsequent contracts are concluded at each purchase of services necessary for the purchaser, following the application of the award criterion of the framework agreement, without resuming the competition, with the bidder in the first place following the completion of the procedure for awarding the framework agreement.
