The subject of the contract is to provide medical devices to the headquarters of the Ordering Party (Krakow, the Os. Golden Autumn 1), as described and the requirements contained in Annex 1 to the NIN. 2. The validity / period of the guarantee of the subject of the contract may not be less than 12 months from the date of delivery. 3. The Contractor undertakes to conduct the ordering personnel of the Ordering Party at his headquarters at the request of the Employer - os. Golden Autumn 1, Kraków with the first delivery of the goods to the hospital pharmacy within the period agreed in writing with the Ordering Party, but not later than within 30 days from the date of the contract. 4.
