Procedure 2.1. Procedure Title: Framework agreement for appointing receptionist and/or polyvalent employee(s) Description: The purpose of the assignment is to appoint a service provider for the performance of reception tasks (in the broad sense) by one or more reception/polyvalent employee(s) on, among others, the new office floor of De Werkvennootschap. In early 2024, De Werkvennootschap will occupy an additional floor in the Botanic Tower in Brussels. The main purpose of the new floor is to provide additional work and meeting space. As many external people will visit the new office floor during the day, it is necessary to have a reception area. De Werkvennootschap is therefore looking for a service provider to ensure this permanence. However, the position will not be limited to reception work, the employee will be expected to be polyvalent. The tasks will be mainly supportive in nature, such as: administrative support, answering the phone, receiving, distributing and sending mail, copying, preparing meeting room reservations (preparing coffee/tea and the like), ordering and preparing and clearing lunch. As indicated, a reception permanence is required, the post should be manned from 8:30am to 5pm every working day (8 working hours + 30 minutes lunch break). If an employee should be absent on leave or due to illness, an equivalent replacement employee should be available. Many of De Werkvennootschap's projects are now starting to get off the ground, which means that further support by polyvalent staff may be required in the coming years. The Assignment is therefore marketed as a framework service agreement. The aim is for the employee(s) to start as soon as possible (in principle as early as the end of 2023) in order to be fully trained and familiar with the functioning of De Werkvennootschap by the time the new office floor is opened.
