Overview	This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Royal Bermuda Regiment Coast Guard Substation Facility - Building Repairs, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables").The Ministry of Public Works seeks to engage a qualified contractor for the renovation and construction of the Royal Bermuda Regiment Coast Guard Substation.The scope of works includes site preparation, demolition of existing structures, debris removal, structural repairs, masonry, roofing, window replacement, door replacement and interior finishes.
