YTY-hanke: Ympäristönsuojelun sanastotyö, vaihe 2 Ympäristöministeriö hankkii terminologista sanastotyön asiantuntijapalvelua ympäristönsuojelun viranomaisasioinnin prosesseissa tarvittavien käsitteiden määrittelemiseksi. Sanastotyön tuloksia käytetään avuksi tiedon yhteentoimivuuden kansallisessa edistämisessä ja mahdollistamisessa. Toimeksiannon kohteena on 220 ympäristönsuojelun viranomaisasiointiin liittyvän käsitteen määrittely. Alustava käsitelista on liitteenä 7. Alustava käsitelista toimii suuntaa antavana sanastotyön aihepiirin ymmärtämisen kannalta. Alustavassa käsitelistassa käsitteet on luonnosteltu jaettavaksi kahteen osioon, mutta työn käynnistyessä osiojakoa voidaan tarvittaessa muuttaa tai tarkentaa. Myös määriteltävien käsitteiden listaa tarkennetaan sanastotyön käynnistyessä ja sen edetessä. Terminologinen sanastotyö tehdään suomeksi, mutta termeistä laaditaan työn aikana vastineet myös ruotsiksi ja englanniksi. Tarjoajan on esitettävä toteutussuunnitelmassa suunnitelma työn toteuttamisesta, jotta tarvittava määrä käsitteitä saadaan määriteltyä aikataulun ja budjetin puitteissa. Sanastotyön tulokset viedään Yhteentoimivuusalustan Sanastot-työkaluun (http://sanastot.suomi.fi). Yhteentoimivuusalustalla työskennellessä on käytettävä yhteentoimivuusmenetelmää, jonka mukaisesti on hyödynnettävä mahdollisimman paljon jo tehtyjä määrityksiä eikä aiemmin määriteltyjä tietoja määritellä uudestaan. Yhteentoimivuusalustalla työ tehdään ympäristöministeriön tilin alle. Osana sanastotyötä tarjoaja valmistautuu esittelemään ja keskusteluttamaan tarkemmin yhden määrittelytyön alla olevan käsitteen ns. kuukauden käsitteenä Ympäristönsuojelutiedon yhteentoimivuusverkoston tapaamisissa. Sanastotyön etenemisen seuraamista varten järjestetään erikseen sovittavalla rytmillä säännölliset tilanneseurantatapaamiset yhdessä tilaajan kanssa. Erillistä ohjausryhmää projektille ei perusteta. In the preliminary checklist, the concepts have been sketched to be divided into two sections, but when the work starts, the section division can be changed or refined if necessary. The work begins immediately after the conclusion of the procurement contract with a kick-off meeting, where the provider presents the implementation plan and together with the client plans the practical issues and scheduling of the project. At the beginning of the work, the customer assembles a suitable number of vocabulary working groups, which support the provider, e.g. in vocabulary workshops. The work begins by prioritizing the preliminary concepts for definition work with the vocabulary work group. In order to monitor the progress of the vocabulary work, regular situation monitoring meetings will be organized together with the customer at a separately agreed rhythm. A separate steering group will not be established for the project.
