Tarjouspyyntö: Työterveyshuollon palvelut Lahden Seudun Kehitys LADEC Oy:lle Pyydämme tarjousta työterveyshuoltolain (TthL) mukaisen kokonaisvaltaisen työterveyshuollon palveluiden järjestämisestä Lahden Seudun Kehitys LADEC Oy:lle ja henkilöstölleen. Henkilöstömäärä on n. 35 henkilöä (asiantuntija- ja toimistotyötä tekeviä toimihenkilöitä). Ostettavien työterveyspalveluiden laajuus ja sisältö: - Työterveyshuollon kokonaisuudessa otetaan kattavasti huomioon digitaaliset ratkaisut siten, että työntekijä sekä työnantaja hyötyvät mahdollisimman sujuvista palvelupoluista ja -prosesseista. - Kokonaisvastuu ja -näkemys työterveyshuollon tarkoituksenmukaisesta toteutuksesta sekä ennaltaehkäisevän että sairaanhoidonpalveluiden osalta on nimetyllä vastuuhoitotiimillä. - Ennaltaehkäisevä lakisääteinen työterveyshuolto kattavana: työpaikkaselvitykset (työn, työyhteisön ja työympäristön vaikutukset terveyteen ja työkykyyn), terveystarkastukset, työ- ja toimintakyvyn arviointi, lakisääteisten tietojen antaminen, neuvonta ja ohjaus, työkyvyn edistäminen ja tukeminen, ensiavun järjestämiseen osallistuminen, työkyvyn heiketessä työntekijän terveyden seuranta, kuntoutusneuvonta ja kuntoutukseen ohjaaminen. - Sairaanhoitopalveluihin kuuluvat akuuteissa sairastumisissa digikanavissa tarjottavat hoitaja- ja lääkäripalvelut, nimetyn työterveyshoitajan ja nimetyn työterveyslääkärin vastaanotot sekä niihin liittyvät laboratorio- ja kuvantamispalvelut. Erikoislääkärin konsultaatio hoidetaan nimetyn työterveyslääkärin lähetteellä, fysio- ja ravintoterapeutin sekä psykologin vastaanotot hoidetaan nimetyn työterveyslääkärin tai työterveyshoitajan lähetteellä. Hoitovastuu on nimetyllä työterveyslääkärillä. - Edellä mainitut palvelut tarjotaan työpäivinä Lahdessa sekä viikonloppupäivystys. The scope and content of the occupational health services to be purchased: - In the overall occupational health care, digital solutions are comprehensively taken into account so that the employee and the employer benefit from service paths and processes that are as smooth as possible. - Overall responsibility and vision for the appropriate implementation of occupational health care, both in terms of preventive and medical care services, rests with the appointed responsibility care team. - Comprehensive preventive statutory occupational health care: workplace investigations (effects of work, work community and work environment on health and work ability), health checks, assessment of work and functional capacity, provision of statutory information, advice and guidance, promotion and support of work capacity, participation in the organization of first aid, monitoring of the employee's health when work capacity declines, rehabilitation counseling and referral to rehabilitation. - Hospital services include nurse and doctor services offered on digital channels for acute illnesses, appointments of a designated occupational health nurse and a designated occupational health doctor, as well as related laboratory and imaging services. The consultation of a specialist doctor is handled with the referral of a designated occupational health doctor, the appointments of a physio and nutritional therapist and psychologist are handled with the referral of a designated occupational health doctor or occupational health nurse. The designated occupational health doctor is responsible for treatment. - The above-mentioned services are offered on working days in Lahti and on-call on weekends.
