Tarjoaja lataa tarjoukseen nostolava-auton luonnospiirrokset ja rakenneselvitykset, joiden tulee vastata tarjouspyynnöllä asetettuja vähimmäisvaatimuksia. Hankintayksikkö valitsee yhden (1) toimittajan, jonka kanssa se tekee sopimuksen. Osatarjoukset eivät ole sallittuja. Hankinta toteutetaan siten, että alustan, korityön ja optiovarustuksen toimituksesta vastaa tilaajaan nähden yksi kokonaisvastuullinen toimittaja. Tilaaja varaa oikeuden päättää optiovarusteiden hankinnoista tarjousten jättämisen jälkeen. Tarjottujen optiovarusteiden hinnat vertaillaan. Tilaaja päättää mitä optiovarusteita se tulee ajoneuvoon hankkimaan.
