Type de marché : Services Description succincte du marché : Dans le cadre des objectifs de la Charte du Parc en matière de biodiversité, le Syndicat Mixte du Parc naturel régional du Haut-Jura a en charge l'animation des sites Natura 2000 et conventionne avec des communes et des propriétaires privés pour la gestion et le suivi de leurs espaces naturels. Le Parc naturel régional du Haut-Jura est animateur Natura 2000 des 21 sites désignés en ZSC et ou ZPS de son territoire. Il intervient sur certains en partenariats avec des gestionnaires locaux (LPO, CEN, RNN). La cartographie des habitats naturels est un élément fondamental à la mise en oeuvre de la politique Natura 2000, aussi bien pour la mise en place de contrats Natura 2000 que pour les évaluations d'incidence sur les habitats d'intérêt communautaire. L'utilisations de cartes d'habitats naturels à jour et conformes au cahier des charges du CBNFC-ORI est donc primordiale, ce qui n'est actuellement pas le cas sur les sites concernés par cette étude.
