Die Leistungen sind im gesamten Bundesgebiet der Bundesrepublik Deutschland in einem noch nicht bestimmten Wertumfang zu erbringen. Es ist zu erwarten, dass der Wertumfang in etwa dem entspricht, in dem in den letzten Jahren Leistungen dieser Art vergeben wurden. Dieser Wertumfang belief sich auf etwa 410.000.000 EUR p.a. II.2.5.
