総合評価落札方式に関する事項(１)総合評価落札方式の仕組み本事業の総合評価落札方式は、次の方法により落札者を決定する方式とする。ア 入札説明書に示された必須項目を全て満たしている者に標準点100点を付与する。イ 入札説明書に示された加点項目の実績等により標準型の場合最大99点、簡易型の場合最大80点の加算点を付与する。ウ 付与された標準点と加算点の合計を当該入札者の入札価格で除して算出した値(以下「評価値」という。)を用いて落札者を決定する。その概要は、次に示すとおりとするが、具体的な技術的要件及び入札の評価に関する基準等については、入札説明書において明記している。(２)評価項目評価項目は次に示すとおりである。 ア 実施体制に関する事項(標準型の場合のみ)イ
