Gooise Meren heeft daarom gemeend deze werkzaamheden in één Raamovereenkomst uit te zetten. Het resultaat is dat er maar één partij verantwoordelijk is voor de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden en dat Gooise Meren eenduidiger kan sturen op resultaat. Doelstelling is het realiseren van een schone openbare ruimte en een voldoende waterafvoerendheid van kolken en riolering, in een efficiënte, integrale manier van werken, waarbij Opdrachtgever in de lead is en kan bij sturen waar nodig. a.
