Total amount due to the guard (Gross Monthly Salary) should be compliant with the Labor Law and should not be lower than Php 21,600.00 per month. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 1. The Schools Division Office of Kabankalan City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required with in Twelve (12) months / one year contract duration.. Bidders should have completed, within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. a. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. 3. Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from Schools Division Office of Kabankalan City BAC Secretariat located at SGOD Office, 2nd Floor, New Division Office Building and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm). 4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on October 18, 2024 to November 7, 2024 (Except Saturdays and Sundays)from the given address and website(s) below and submission of Letter of Intent and Special Power of Attorney (in case of representative) and upon payment of cash of a non refundable fee by the interested bidder in the amount of One Thousand Pesos (P 1,000.00) to the Schools Division Office Cashier. Only bidders who purchased the Bidding Documents will be allowed to submit bids. 5. The Schools Division Office of Kabankalan City will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 25, 2024 9:30 a.m. at the Division Conference Hall, 2nd Floor, New Division Office Building or via teleconferencing, which shall be open to prospective bidders. 6. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below on or before November 7, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. Late bids shall not be accepted. 7. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 14. 8. Bid opening shall be on November 7, 2024 at 9:45 a.m. at the given address below at the Division Conference Hall and/or via teleconferencing. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity. 9. The Schools Division Office of Kabankalan City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Sections 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 revised IRR of RA No. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
