The Local Government Unit-Municipality of Malinao, Aklan through the Bids and Awards Committee, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Eighty Three Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Pesos and 00/100 (Php383,670.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF OFFICE SUPPLIES FOR CY 2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening. The LGU-Malinao now invites bids for the above-mentioned project to be completed within 20 calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act". Interested bidders may obtain further information from Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat, Municipality of Malinao, Aklan and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given during office hours (8:00 am to 4:00 pm from Monday to Friday except holidays). A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on September 6 to 27, 2024 from the address given and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Five Hundred (Php 500.00) Pesos only (Appendix 8, 5.0 Standard Rates, 2016 IRR of RA 9184).
