The Local Government Unit of Barangay Santa Ana , Aloran, Misamis Occidental Funded through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Pesos Only (Php 165,620.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for The Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for the Expansion of Day Care Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Barangay Santa Ana now invites bids for the The Supply and Delivery of CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE EXPANSION OF DAY CARE CENTER. Completion of the Works is required 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
