No.: GOODS-2024-02 Republic of the Philippines Province of Southern Leyte Municipality of Macrohon BARANGAY GUADALUPE INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF ELECTRONIC SCOREBOARD, SHOT CLOCKS AND OTHER ACCESSORIES OF BARANGAY GUADALUPE, MACROHON The Barangay Guadalupe, Macrohon, Southern Leyte, through the SK Supplemental Budget Fund FY 2024, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 250,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Installation of Electronic Score Board, Shot Clocks and Other Accessories of Barangay Guadalupe, Macrohon, Southern Leyte. Bids received in the excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Barangay Guadalupe, Macrohon, Southern Leyte, now invites bids for the Supply and Installation of Electronic Score Board, Shot Clocks and Other Accessories of Barangay Guadalupe, Macrohon, Southern Leyte. Completion of the Works is required Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents particularly, in Section II Instruction to Bidders. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
