The LGU-Tanauan, Leyte now invites bids for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS STICKERS FOR THE ISSUANCE OF BUSINESS PERMIT AND LICENSE FOR THE YEAR 2025 3. Opening of bids will be conducted through negotiated bidding procedures as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
