The Local Government of Canlaon City, now invites bids for the Supply and delivery of various Medical Supplies and Medicines for the use of City Health Office for Emerging and Re-Emerging Diseases Vaccination, Canlaon City. Delivery of the Goods is required 7 calendar days after issuance and receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within ten years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
