The Commission on Human Rights (CHR), through its Office of the General Administration Office-General Services Division (GAO-GSD), intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP450,000.00) for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Glass Panels and Doors of the CHR Central Office New Building through Section 53.9 Negotiated Procurement – Small Value Procurement of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184. The detailed technical specifications are as follows: Minimum Technical Specifications DOOR 1 Quantity: 1 piece Double leaf aluminum swing door with fixed transom 8mm clear tempered glass (4 panels) Dimension: 2305 x 2525 mm DOOR 2 Quantity: 1 piece 12mm clear tempered glass automatic sensor door with glass transom (4 panels) Dimension: 2805 x 2770 mm FIXED GLASS 1 Quantity: 1 piece 12mm clear tempered glass frameless partition u-channel embedded (3 panels) Dimension: 2740 x 2780 mm FIXED GLASS 2 Quantity: 1 piece Aluminum glass fixed partition 8mm clear tempered glass (3 panels) Dimension: 2980 x 1785 mm Company Qualification and Requirements: • Engaged in the business of Supply, Delivery and Installation of Glass for at least three (3) years • Site Inspection Certificate Warranty: • One (1) year warranty period for parts and services to commence from the release date of Inspection and Acceptance Report (IAR) by the CHR. The unit and components offered under these specifications shall be covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty. • The Supplier shall ensure that the Glass and Accessories to be supplied are free from any manufacturing defects. Any hidden defects during the one (1) year warranty period shall be fixed free of charge. • During the warranty period, on-call support must be available within 24 hours from the date of receipt of notice of any related problem/s through e-mail, call or text from a CHR authorized representative. The winning bidder shall deploy highly technical personnel to provide the technical services on-site at no cost to CHR. Functional Testing: • CHR Technical Staff with the presence of the supplier’s authorized representative shall subject the delivered and installed glass doors to functional testing prior to acceptance. Defective unit/s shall be replaced within seven (7) calendar days. • Incidental expenses in the delivery and functional testing shall be shouldered by the supplier.
