The Pangasinan State University through the Agency-s Internal Fund (Fund 164) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (Php 3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair and Rehabilitation of Student Services Building - Bayambang Campus with Project Identification Number: 2024-INFRAPB-033-BYB. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Pangasinan State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Forty (240) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3.
