(Php2,837,450.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY SBPF SY 2024-2025 (175 days). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.BENIGNO AQUINO JR. ELEMENTARY SCHOOL now invites bids from from PhilGEPS registered suppliers of food Item. Delivery of Goods is required for One Hundred Seventy Five (175) days duration. Furthermore, delivery should be based on the prepared Distribution List. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders. 3.Bidders should have completed within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipts of bids, a contract similar to the Project a single largest completed contract (SLCC) similar to the Project at least 25% of the ABC or amounting Php 709,362.50 and must be supported with the following documents, namely: 1st document is either of Contract, Purchase Order, Notice of Award or Notice to Proceed and 2nd document is either Certificate of Acceptance, Certificate of Completion, Official Reciept/Collection Reciept or Sales Invoice. 4.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No.9184. Bidding is stricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privilege to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No.5183. 5.Interested bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours. 6.A complete set of Biding documents may be acquired by interested bidders on July 11, 2024 from the address below upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Php5,000.00. 7.Benigno Aquino Jr Elementary School will hold a pre bid conference on July 11 at 09:00am at the Schools Conference Room which shall be open to prospective bidders. 8.Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on July 23, 2024 at 09:00 am late bids shall not be accepted. 9.
