Hinagbuan, Palompon, Leyte amounting to Seven Hundred Twelve Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Seven Pesos and Thirty-Six Centavos (P 712,277.36) intends to apply the sum of the same amount Seven Hundred Twelve Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Seven Pesos and Thirty-Six Centavos (P 712,277.36) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under Contract for No. 2024-0711-001- Rehabilitation and Improvement of Sport Facilities. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Barangay Hinagbuan, Municipality of Palompon, Leyte now invites bids for the Rehabilitation and Improvement of Sport Facilities located at Barangay Hinagbuan, Palompon, Leyte defined in the scope of works. Completion of the Works is required within 65 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.” Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Brgy, Hinagbuan, Municipality of Palompon and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00am to 5:00pm starting October 17, 2024 – November 07, 2024. To be eligible and qualified, the contractor (as solo or a joint venture/ consortia) should be able to comply with the experience requirements under the 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184, where one of the parties (in joint venture/ consortia) should have at least one similar project of nature and complexity in the construction with at least completed or installed 200 units of solar street lights for both national, provincial & municipal roads with a single largest completed contract should be at Least 50% of the value of estimated cost of works being bid in the last five (5) years for solar street lightings , such being verifiable from the Completion Certificate.
