The City Government of Kidapawan, through the 20% Economic Development Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand Three Hundred Ten Pesos and 40/100 (Php197,310.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Plumbing Material for the Water System Project (Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for the Water System Project (BAWASA)) at Purok Mahogany, Barangay Malinan, Kidapawan City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The City Government of Kidapawan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Ten (10) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4.
