The Department of National Defense (DND), through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) 1, intends to procure Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricants (POL) Requirements for CY 2024- LOT 1-SUB-LOT 4 (Supply Delivery of Ground Petroleum Requirements for Mindanao) with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Billion Seven Hundred Sixty-Eight Million Eight Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Three and 2 100 Pesos (PhP1,768,865,993.02). 2. The BAC 1 now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said project. 3. The Procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement for Two Failed Bidding pursuant to Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
