The Municipal Government of Dimataling, Zamboanga del Sur, has an approved budget from the Sanggunian through LGU TRUST Fund of 2024 in the amount One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 1,800,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF MERCEDES BARANGAY HEALTH STATION. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Municipality of Dimataling, Zamboanga del Sur, now invites bids for PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF MERCEDES BARANGAY HEALTH STATION under contract number (DIM-INFRA-2024-12). Completion of the Works is required with the duration of 120 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.” Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4. The Municipality of Dimataling, Zamboanga del Sur will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on May 22, 2024 @ 10:00 A.M., at , 3F-Municipal Building, Kagawasan, Dimataling, Zamboanga del Sur, which shall be open to all interested parties. 5. Interested bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat Office, 3/F Municipal Building, Kagawasan, Dimataling, Zamboanga del Sur and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from May 16, 2024 to June 4, 2024 Monday to Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. 6.
