PROJECT DESCRIPTION To acquire a reputable and competent service provider that will provide the installation and supply of internet service for the office of the Equine Laboratory and Diagnostic Section (ELDS) at Carmona, Cavite. II. BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE Internet connectivity has been proven effective as a tool for data communication. The availability of an internet facility will be an effective and efficient way to access and share electronic data and information between the PHILRACOM central office and the ELDS office. Internet connectivity will also allow access to various references such as journals, scholarly articles, e-books, and other information sources.
